Home from home - almost

Visited a friend who is very ill and in need of constant care. She has moved onto a newly built residential/nursing home which has a very community oriented philosophy. The building has a small pub, a coffee bar and meeting rooms available to the public. This is part of a ‘tea room’ where residents can participate in baking sessions and serve cakes to visitors. The decor reflects local pottery designs and the pots come from a local source
