Which Is It?!

It's getting light later and dark earlier. Writing that makes me feel as I feel in Qigong when I try to use right and left correctly while looking at the instructor facing me. . . . if that's his left arm, is this mine, or is it the other one?
Here I was walking to Qigong this morning. Or is it Qi Gong?
