big eyes

Wandering around today, I enjoyed these big eyes studying my every move. Our day was mainly spent avoiding the house because - oh joy of joys - the new boiler was going in! I am ridiculously pleased to have hot water once more.

Zeke amused me as we walked to playgroup. He’d been watching the plumber intently before we left and announced “that boiler guy had a stick full of fire” in a completely awestruck tone. He’s clearly going to be asking for a blowtorch for Christmas! He then broke into a pretty good rendition of Aerosmith’s “Dude looks like a lady” which caused a raised eyebrow from a passing pensioner.
