Conkers

There's still a couple of big horse chestnut trees near where I work, and I found that the wind yesterday had brought down loads of conkers, and I couldn't resist filling a pocket. I just love how they look and feel.  Beside them, for the photo, I added a sweet chestnut that I brought from London. I have some prickles from that embedded in my fingers.
