Snails in the meal

I was very shocked to see that there was a large snail in the shared meal.  However, it was minced with pork and stuffed back in the shell.  A bit chewy reminding me of paua but the taste was disguised.

The meal was delicious at KOTO restaurant, Ho Chi Minh City.  This is a training restaurant for disadvantaged youth.  What a great meal and service.  You must go there when you are in the city.
