Beef Stroganoff

So have a friend staying with me and he arrived yesterday with a meal cooked his wife Sarah for me to have tonight, hence the blip. Eating has not been easy for me if late and I have lost a lot of weight. As I was very overweight at the moment that weight loss is manageable. But I am not always up for food in the evening so it was both a delight and a test.

I have to say it was lovely. It was a big portion but I ate most of it and really pleased it went ok. So thanks so much S.

Going off to Whitby tomorrow evening so might have to blip late when I get there.
