Pholiota sp.

Another day, another pholiota species. Same family as yesterday's https://www.blipfoto.com/entry/2493919144999652381 but growing at the foot of a beech tree. I think this one is Pholiota squarrosa or Shaggy Scalycap. Do let me know if its not!
