Today's veggie bargain......

......was smoked garlic at only 30p for the lot (and they're whoppers!) I also nabbed 2 large aubergines and a cauliflower for 90p from my favourite greengrocers 'bargain bench' while I was at it.....so tonight's tea might well be baba ganoush along with some homemade flatbreads (if I can be bothered!) and a nice salad, I'll maybe save the cauliflower for tomorrow ;-) 

Low turnout at Make, Do and Mend this morning.......luckily for them, the absentees all had good excuses (NOT just the weather or 'the dog ate my homework') otherwise there would've been lines and detentions handed out ;-)
