The Great Gates of Lindridge

These gates give a clue to the grandness of the house that used to be on this site. It's not there anymore though, it burnt down in 1963 and stood as a ruin until the 1990s when a rather nice development took it's place. The gardens have been restored and are Grade II listed.

With it being a pretty dull day, I envisaged this as a black and white image. I did a bit of fiddling to get the verticals straight and to get the symmetry.
