Will you come into my parlour ?

said the Spider to the Fly.

A spider, living on Mom's kitchen windowsill hit the jackpot, when it successfully, ensnared one of the three flies, that was tormenting us, as we ate Sunday lunch.

The enormous "brute" got caught in the web.

But, it was touch and go, as to whether the web would hold.

The  little spider, spent around 30 minutes, frantically weaving more web, to lock the fly down, which buzzed and pulled, for much of the time.
When he was done - he retired.

Literally, he walked himself back in his corner.

And sat.

Too exhausted to tuck into his ENORMOUS dinner.

NOTE :  For the record, Mom exterminated the other two flies, with single swats of the fly swatter. Think they were the lucky ones.
