Frink

Promised I would come back with a blip of Elisabeth Frink's last ever sculpture (for Miranda1008). It is titled "Statue of the Risen Christ" and stands over the West Doors of Liverpool Cathedral. Sadly EF died just a few days after its erection in 1993. Although massive in size, the extra shows just how tall the West approaches are. Next stop, getting ready for the visit of the Giants this weekend.....quite exciting.
