Moeraki Boulders (kaihinaki)
Donna made me get up before dawn to head down for dawn shots at the boulders. I still think I'm not talking to her - it was an obscene time to get up when I'm on holiday.
However, it did mean some good shots.
My favourite is in extras. This is what happens when you take your tripod but then find you haven't got the shoe. Balancing your camera on low rocks means that when an unexpected wave comes in you have to grab it up mid-shot. The bright spot of the sun has made neat lines
