Last Minute Display

I had one or two pictures that I could choose from and suddenly this happened. A great start to the beginning of October.
The actual sunset picture I had taken earlier was very poor in comparison to this amazing display after the sun had sunken down below the horizon.
I wasn’t actually cold today as I put yet another layer of clothes on. Max temperature was about 14c here which is warmer than northern climes.
