Straight curves

A nice bright morning.........stopped off at the canal for a quick blip before going on to visit a friend, who I used to work with, she had a nasty accident a few weeks ago whilst climbing Ben Nevis....fell, dislocated and broke her ankle....was air lifted by Mountain Rescue!! She is doing well, another two weeks in plaster to go! We had a really good catch up over a cuppa.....took her a few books to pass some time.

Got back home, then hub and I walked down into town to the cafe for some lunch and a coffee........picked up a couple of bits and then walked home again. We caught up on a couple of things we had recorded over the weekend during the afternoon. It clouded over and got quite chilly......the heating had to go on for an hour :-0

Just a chicken salad sandwich for dinner, then it was camer club for me this evening. We had a CPR and Defib presentation from the local Fire & Rescue Service.....whc was really good. I had done it,previously whilst at work, so it was good to have a refresher.
