Macaroons

Last night Anne sent me home with some of the macaroons she'd made.

None of your fancy macaroons, all colours of the rainbow, that are popular nowadays, but the old-fashioned kind. They are very delicious and chewy.

The plate I've used has some pink flowers on it, so I'm tagging my blip for Breast Cancer Awareness Month. No promises to blip pink every day in October, just as and when I find some.
