We visited my parents in La Forêt-Fouesnant (Ar Forest Fouenn in Breton). They were happy to see us, especially as new worries are befalling them and it was good for them to have both support and a bit of distraction.

We arrived for lunch on Saturday, then walked to the fish and seafood "shop" (see extras), and had the pleasure of eating it all in the evening: oysters as an appetizer, mussels as the main course, and damson plum tart for dessert - and then a good night's sleep!
