Renault 4 CV

My father once owned a Renault 4CV in green. It must have been in the years 1957-58. At the end we drove home on the Wienweg in Heerlen and the engine that was placed in the back fireed. We put out the fire with clods of clay. Drainage and yet he did it later. Nice to see this then on the Citroën A to ZX see.

The Renault 4CV was a car produced between 1947 and 1961 by the French car manufacturer Renault.
It was the first car of the Régie Nationale des Usines Renault, the symbol of the French industrial revival and the most popular French car just after the war.
