Hallo Neighbour

We had a horrible hedge between us and our neighbours.  As far as I kow it was planted as a result of a feud between the people who used to live in our house and our neighbours.

We'd said earlier in the year that we thought the hedge was horrid and our neighbours agreed.  And so it got chopped.  It means they get much more light in their garden for a start.  And I don't keep looking at the hedge and thinking "Why would you plant something that fugly?"

I'm all for things that foster a spirit of co-operation and trust.
