Two to Tangara...

These doors open the way to the City of Sydney. When we first started visiting Sydney the Ilawarra line seemed to be fraught with delays, breakdowns and no-shows. Over the last 9 years thing have improved quite a lot. The old non-aircon stock operates only on peak filler services and the air-conditioned Tangara stock are common place.

Each of the 447 carriages holds 98 - 112 seated passengers.

The juvenile graffiti hasn't improved, the clowns who mark the carriage deserve more punishment that the law allows. Too much understanding, not enough pain.
