Another Step Forward

Today our team removed the old wall-to-wall carpet from our bedroom and closet, and poured the self-leveling compound. In about a week, depending on how long it takes for the compound to reach 10% moisture or less, Glenn can lay the bamboo flooring. In the meantime, he'll be doing the tiling in our bathroom -- floor and shower -- so we'll be seeing a lot of him next week.

Having to move all of our possessions from one room to another for these renovations has really brought home to us how much stuff we have. I hope we can jettison some of it, rather than moving it back into the updated rooms.
