Family history

A day spent playing private detective.
I have been trying to trace the family tree for a number of years ( not continually).
It has been quite interesting and I even managed to find my errant grandfather who left my grandmother when my father was 4 and was never seen again.
(Apparently he moved north to Coventry and started a new family. )
The investigation continues.
