Essential Amenity

This is not my local shop, but one where I sometimes stop on my way home from work.  Like many in the UK, it is run by someone of Asian heritage, someone who works hard (this chap is very rarely not in the shop) and who provides an essential service.  This kindly smile is always there, no matter whom he is serving.  He is held in high regard, I reckon.
