Red Admiral

Another lovely Autumn afternoon spent in the garden picking yet more apples and planting bulbs.

It was a bit tricky getting a shot of this butterfly due to the very breezy conditions but it was hanging on with great determination.

At last I was able to meet up with fellow local blipper “bri” when he came to collect the apples I promised him a few weeks ago.
