Dredging

Took a long time to drive up from the Knutsford Travelodge to Aberdeen - but I did make time for a wander round the harbour at Stonehaven before heading for the Northlink boat to Shetland.

Appears to be some serious dredging underway just outside the harbour mouth at Stonehaven - quite dramatic in the autumn sunshine.

Smooth crossing promised up to Kirkwall, but might be a bit wilder north of there - hopefully I'll be asleep at the time.
