today's treat

This morning we again spent time cutting back the fruit trees which meant two trips to the tip and a lot of sweeping up.  The next job will be thin them out as they have got extremely dense with the cutting over the years.n This will have to wait until the leaves have all dropped.

Decided to have salmon sandwiches for lunch.  This is Mum-puss's treat for today - the liquid from the tin and the bits I remove from the salmon - 
she loves it!!

Started to do my use my exercise bike again.  

Tonight we have the grandchildren overnight as it is their mum and did's wedding anniversary and they are out for a meal.  We are picking them up from swimming in Skipton.  As it will be past tea time they will get their treat and go to McDonald's.  Back home - bath, little supper and  bed for Sam while the other two watch a video.  Once Sam is asleep they can have their supper and off to bed - hopefully will have a peaceful night.
