a closer look

just an image today ... weather was lousy to go and do the whole "art" thing so contented myself with nipping out in the garden in my grundies and trainers and grabbing this shot...
recent events have been tiring, and as the immortal vinnie jones says,,,, emotional.. and lesson drawn here today and i think this is one of lifes kessons and one well worth learning guys ... a man can be judged on how he treats a woman. Seen at first hand a knucklehead that could learn from that sentence. Undoubtedly he wont because of one great male virtue,, stupidity, thinly disguised as a male ego.
To work then .... today had a hateful nasty rental truck,, a mercedes axor...in this day and age they are still turning out trucks that hark back to a different more agricultural age,,no brilliant german engineering here, 440 horsepower it says proudly on the badge,, i think they measured the horse as shetland pony power cos it couldnt pull the skin off a rice pudding,,, it throws ups hands up in the air at the merest wiff of a hill. the steering is as nervous as a blind date,, leaving me sawing at the wheel like a demented lumberjack just to keep it going in a straight line. the front suspension is of the rubber block variety , so when its not trying to shake ya fillings out and causing double vision its trying to fire ya through the ceiling of the truck..driving this truck is as restful as wrangling crocodiles..flaming thing... other than that its another flawless day at work..im lovin it..
the canteen round table meeting of truck drivers today was too damn rude with our resident perv so i cant divulge the nature of conversation , but use your imagination and times that by 10 and then add a eeeeuwww at the end.
back at the yard Rich Tee (thats his real name ) was shunting, Had a quick chat with bout Sunday ,, were doing a 5 km Run (yeah right hahahahhahahha ) in aid of the heart foundation (at least they will have plenty of defiberlators on hand ) Richy is being tied to another driver for the 5 km.. mind you how he is being tied we do not know...if kids can be seen running away screaming then they obviously have got the concept of three legged very wrong.. his partner is in serious training for this task.. apparently hes out on the lash saturday nite... dear dear me. so team fat and breathless will be giving it large on sunday ..i suspect there`ll be a blip there on sunday ,, so that was today at the fun factory.. nite campers.
