View from the suspension bridge

We're in Watkins Glen, New York, tonight.
We meandered our way on the Southern Tier Expressway,  then on some steep cross country roads only to find the state park campground doesn't have power!!
We found a really cool place near a beautiful city park, and they had everything!


We were only a mile from the entrance to the park, and it was packed on Friday afternoon!!  (Sorry, the underlining won't stop!!!)   So Al and I decided to walk the mile, and then hike the trail!
We really enjoyed both parts of the adventure, and the waterfalls were just as beautiful as we remembered.
The water was really high, so all of the falls were really full.
On our way home, we stopped and got Al some wings for dinner, and I had my favorite dinner of all.....Ben and Jerry's!!!    (extra)
Now we are tucked in for the night, and hoping to enjoy breakfast in the park across the road from us!
