Charterhouse

had a wander around before our balloon club meeting this evening. The sky was gorgeous and I discovered a new (to me) coffee place in the square. 
Need to get there early one day to take a tour inside the place.
We had an interesting talk about a 'fast lady' of the Edwardian period- Mrs Victor Bruce, She was a record breaking motor, speedboat and aeroplane racer who was famous in her day but now largely forgotten.
