Candy floss rose

Was still in Springs on Wednesday - thanks to the car drama.  Eish !

So decided to blip one of Mom's roses. This is definitely my favourite.  It looks good and unlike most modern roses, it smells great too.

In terms of the car drama.

Had the brake lights sorted out, but Freddie, yesterday.  But he scared the bajeebers out of me. He more or less said, the car would go up in a puff of smoke, because the petrol was leaking onto the alternator.

Since Johnnie was doing chemotherapy - I took the car to "Steve" (near the Park Hotel).

Going to Steve, felt very disloyal to Johnnie, but the possibility of burning to death in the car, was pretty motivating.

It turned out, Freddie was being a bit melodramatic.

Yes, there is a petrol leak, but it is coming from the petrol pump.  Nothing enormously new here.  Anyway, got the screws tightened on the petrol pump, to stop the problem.

Know it is a temporary fix. 

Will give Johnnie the option to replace the petrol pump.  Hopefully he is up to it.
