The Gloves Come Off

Calm and dignified, Christine Blasey Ford responded fully to every questioner. She was credible and unshakable at every point in her testimony. Her account was  so  compelling that afterwards even Republican senators described her favorably.

Brett Kavanaugh shouted and scowled, sniffed and wept, turned the pages of his text as if swatting insects and thumped the witness table. 

In the long run, truth will prevail.  It always does.
