Caleb Cooks, Again!

I had such plans to participate in Abstract Thursday, but when my son said he would cook dinner and then he put out such a beautiful and delicious plate of food, all thoughts of Abstract Thursday went straight out of my head!  In case you can't tell from my picture, that is a piece of baby corn, wrapped in maple bacon, then wrapped in a cabbage leaf, and finally rolled up in a chicken breast.  Behind it on the plate, you can see jicama fries.  Did I say it was delicious----and that he also does the dishes after he cooks?  I love my son----and I think I'll keep him!
