Instructor training, day six

We are at the end of our Mental Health First Aid Instructor training and the pressure is on. Half the group completed their presentations today, followed by peer feedback. The standard is pretty high. My session is first thing tomorrow morning and following a slight crisis of confidence, I’ve spent much of this evening going through my material. I’ll be so relieved when it’s done!
