Mr Toads treat

Thought I'd have a baking day today. Mr T has been requesting Welsh Cakes for a while, so as they're quick to do I made some. I cook them on the hotplate of the stove.
I also found a recipe for fig rolls & as I'm partial to the packet of biscuit ones I thought I'd give them a go too they were a bit of a faff to do but very tasty.
