Lunch

Today is our friend Linda's birthday, and we planned to visit a new restaurant in Saintes for lunch. We all had to choose in advance, and they understood that one of our party couldn't eat gluten and that I'm allergic to nuts.
Everyone thought the food was amazing, but I found nuts hiding in the wild rice (they said it was an accident) and also in the biscuits accompanying my carpaccio of figs too. I was actually quite surprised given the care they were taking with everything, but on the bright side, they didn't kill me this time and my meal was free (they cooked me another one).
