Morning mIstiness

What a beautiful day! I rushed down to Kitchen Coveto see what was happening there. This was the view at around 8.50am,  Early morning mistiness burnt off before my eyes and the rest of the day was cloudless, blue and warm! I have worked away in the garden for most of the day, starting the mammoth task of the putting it to bed for the winter. Honestly, those briars - as big as my wrist! Himself has gathered in tons of apples and is stewing them to freeze and now I must make some grape juice with the surplus ones in the polytunnel. Fineen has been most helpful. 
A swim was taken - it looked so gorgeous but oh! it was cold! Oddly addictive as I kept on getting out then popping back in again. Must be good for you.
