AT motion
Thanks for hosting Ingeborg. This is motion. I had been sitting on the exercise bike for 20 minutes and this is the graph of the work. I was doing a random hill program on level 9.
Followed up by 10 minutes on the rowing machine. Phew. I’m slowly building up my exercise from a fitness level of zero.
I had a call from my old boss. He wanted some information about a program I had helped set up in 2016. I spent 2 hours in the office and I think we found the information that they needed. Filed away by another staff member and moved since I left. It was nice to see a heap of old mates.
