CPR Certificate

Today I completed the British Heart Foundation CPR course. Something I've always wanted to do but never got round to it.

I don't think I appreciated quite how hard it is to push down far enough & how energetic it is. At least I wasn't the only one with a red face by the time we finished!

I hope I never have to use it but at least I have a better idea of what to do should I have to.
