Connaught Water

After a busy morning booking flights for our cruise next year, rather a lot of ironing and then an afternoon catching up on bookkeeping, I managed to get out at 5pm for a walk with Zeus09smum and Zeus around Connaught Water.  The weather has been lovely today: calm, clear blue skies and very reasonable temperatures for the time of year.  I always think that the light in September, on a clear day, is especially beautiful and so it was on our walk.  I've blipped this view several times and Connaught Water many times.  I never tire of it.

Just looked at my 1 year ago blip and see that a year ago today, we said goodbye to Lilly, our senior cat. Still very much missed.
