Peg family

Church cleaning this morning and one of my friends gave me these pegs to make a family of dolls with the two girls! These pegs are really old, they were my friend’s mother’s! The patina on the wood is beautiful!

We looked after Grandbaby today and this evening Mum came for dinner with the two girls. Was going to make a guacamole but the avocado was hard! So I opened a tin of tiny brown lentils and added that to the lemon juice, added chives and tomato chopped fine and it was delicious. also made sweet potato chips done in the oven along with ham, cold broccoli, asparagus and tortilla chips!

Stewed apple and mango/ black currant sorbet.
