Goings on at the harbour

I enjoyed a wander around Peterhead harbour this afternoon. This is the Norwegian flagged Geosund, a general purpose offshore support vessel capable of all kinds of thing oil related. I particularly like the picnic tables on the top deck!

The light in the near background sits on the breakwater at the harbour entrance while the more distant one is the Buchaness lighthouse at Boddam. Coincidently the near light also stars in today's offering by cblinks2.

Extra1. A warning notice that you would be well advised to heed!

Extra2. I was really fortunate to witness the latest delivery of tigers to the town. By the way that the van is leaning they must be heavy brutes!
