Do we really need this sign ?

I spied this WARNING on the 1 L custard box in the fridge.

Somewhat stunned that the company thinks, stating the obvious is necessary.  A sign of the times ?

PS.  On the other hand, on another spot on the box, they are encouraging that you purchase the smaller version of the custard (250 ml) and drink it through a straw.  Talk about mixed messages !
