Notes: Woke to see the full moon over the water. Finally a bit of a break in the physical and mental stress/exhaustion/angst. Swam laps and felt strong. Work much of the day and some time at the pool. Talked to Steph for quite awhile. Huge evening storms again with crazy-loud thunder and immense lightning - knocked out cable and internet for several hours. Sheila came over in the evening for a scotch and to catch up.
