Lovely dinner with Mr and MrsCyclops last night which we were too busy enjoying to photograph.

This morning I had the dentist which wasn't too bad but I had some strange banana gel stuff put on one of my teeth that is sensitive. I hate bananas never mind artificial banana flavouring.

At lunchtime I went for a wonder in the sunshine.
