Breakfast

The pelicans were going crazy, diving and diving. Opportunistic smaller birds swarmed around each splash. Lots of squawking and general turmoil.  I was pleased with the moment of capture on my series of photos--so many birds seemingly balanced on the tips of their beaks--but gravely disappointed in the quality and sharpness. I'm not sure what I could have done differently, except haul out heavier gear. It was a grey morning, but I sure hoped for clearer images. Any suggestions are welcome please.
