Sauerkraut

I had booked in a day off tomorrow to put more of the allotment to bed, but then I accidentally agreed to a meeting, then another because of that one, and have now decided that there might be one more courgette so maybe it's a bit too early anyway. 

Nipped over tonight before it got dark to get 6 cabbages.  They're now hopefully on their way to being Sauerkraut.  2 kilos is probably a lot.
