Harry Potter Night.

In a burst of something, I got up early and went for a run with Smallest! On our way we found a stretch of Conker trees with rich pickings. Clearly no one had passed by since the overnight wind and rain so we ran back with a mighty haul!

We breakfasted and returned through the rain to the clubhouse for the Harry Potter Not Experience. Smallest was the only one there for a good 15 minutes so we chatted to the entertainers. They were quite amused to learn that we only live 30 minutes away! Anyway, Smallest and Princess made wands and magic potions and were entertained for half an hour so what’s not to like.

MrRoly then took the 3 younger offspring to the Oasis pool while Eldest and I hit Celtic & Co, Lidl and Morrison’s. An eclectic mix.

The afternoon passed with reading, games and arrow words as the rain lashed down. Thankfully we were well stocked with snacks and booze so were very ready for bingo and Harry Potter night! Another amusing evening with fish and chips on our way back to the caravan. The teenagers even hinted that they might be enjoying it!
