Royal Exchange Theatre

I went to see a play at the Royal Exchange Theatre with a friend tonight. I got there a little early and was sat in the cafe, with a slice of cake and a drink. I looked up and saw the domed sections and thought a blip was in order! I have admired it a few times before. It's an interesting building, the cafe and bar areas look really modern but just look up and you can see some of the more historical aspects. You can even still see the original trading board with the day's closing figures!

The play was The Greatest Play in the History of the World and it was really funny and entertaining. It was great to see my friend too, I'd not seen her for a while and it was good to catch up.
