Cycle

I decided to cycle to work today. The cycle was the easy part, the preparing for it was time consuming.
My work has no wash facilities so I needed to think creatively. I have allowed myself to loose a great deal of fitness recently so decided that the 12 miles in would be a bit too far on the first cycle so I took the car in to the edge of town today and will slowly drive less and less.
I really enjoyed the relatively short cycle and feel the better for doing it.
I can't cycle tomorrow or Wednesday but will cycle Thursday.
