Great ball of fire

Danny and I had a good morning...walking and praying together...then me having some time to put down some thoughts on prayer and photography...plus bumping into several friends along the way...
This afternoon Jud came over whilst Danny was prison visiting. She looked after the kids for the 20 minute gap that there was between me going to photograph the moon and Danny getting home. A local photographer shared the time, date and location to get a photo of the moon directly behind the Cathedral... So I went along, soooooo many gorgeous cameras and lenses!! I walked home on cloud 9...but actually feel a bit disappointed by my end results...the focus is just a touch off and there is a lot of 'noise'...but it's all a learning curve and I'm so glad I went along. But in terms of photos, I prefer the couple of extras I've added from the prayer walk earlier. 

Today I'm grateful for;
1) A morning well-spent.
2) Jud being willing to stay with the kids.
3) Jose sharing his knowledge,
