Arrival in Kharkiv

Perfect timing on the newish Kiev--Kharkiv express train today. Modern, comfortable, 4.5 hours to cover 490 km, and arrival exactly on time. Good to be back in Kharkiv for the first time since 2013. Times then were normal and one could drive through Russia and eastern Ukraine, which I did on that trip. Now those areas are within actual and potential conflict zones. Many tales here of friends and relatives having had to pack up and leave to find safety (and work) elsewhere.
